Homemade Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Make your own organic version of your favorite pumpkin spice and Christmas holiday creamers at home. Even better (and healthier) than store bought!

- 1½ cups heavy cream -or- half & half
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Add all ingredients except cinnamon sticks to a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk to combine.
Once ingredients have incorporated, add the cinnamon sticks and increase the heat to medium high heat.
Bring mixture to a boil, whisking occasionally for about one minute.
Remove from heat and allow the creamer to cool down in the pan a bit (about five minutes) before serving in coffee.
Add sugar or sweetener to coffee that is to your normal liking (the creamer isn't super sweet), then add creamer and a sprinkle of cinnamon to the top for flair.
